We have been fortunate to work with Sophia on multiple occasions to buy and sell in the Bay Area over the past five years. My colleague referred Sophia to us more than 5 years ago, and she has helped us buy and sell three properties since then.  She cared about our needs and gave us unbiased advice on locations and properties.  When it's time for us to sell our home, Sophia provided a clear go-to-market plan and was very candid about what we could expect in the process.  Sophia put so much time and effort into the prep work to make our home appealing to potential buyers and for us to have the best chance to maximize the sale price. Sophia is the best agent we’ve worked with so far.

Sophia is so knowledgeable in lots of neighborhood in the Bay Area. When we met Sophia, we just sold our first home and looked for buying the second one. In our initial meeting, she got to know our need and pointed out quite a few nice neighborhood based on her many years of realtor experience. This actually helped me search my dream home so efficiently later.

Sophia is also an unbiased and patient realtor. I’m a really picky and proactive buyer. I checked Redfin every morning and always messaged her question through the week. She always shared with me what she thought as a whole picture including merits and drawbacks of the homes. Her unbiased opinion also showed up during all of open houses we went to and also the time when we went through the disclosure with her. I’ve learnt a lot from her.

Sophia really cares about her buyers. She never pushed us to submit offers even we changed our mind at the last minute. There were 2 homes we were interested but hesitate to buy it. Despite she went to the open house twice with us, she still wanted to make sure we feel comfort to submit offers.

Sophia helped us coordinate the remodel of our house prior to putting it on the market and sold it fast. We had already moved into our new home, which she helped us purchase in 2020. The remodeling project was well worth it but not just for us the Seller; I'm sure the Buyer appreciates finding a move-in ready home. She sold our home fast and for a great price with a smooth closing. Sophia also helped us buy our first home in 2015 and we find her very patient and considerate. She doesn't rush us to buy or sell. She also has a network of people to address any issues with buying or selling. We have known Sophia for several years and have done multiple transactions with her.  We wanted to have my mother come and live with us and needed a larger, single-level home in a nice neighborhood, all within our budget.  Sophia helped to show us homes in different cities to find what would really meet our needs.  We had unique requirements, and Sophia patiently looked for many possible options to meet them.  After we found the right home, Sophia helped us to sell our home in challenging circumstances.  After limited showings at the height of the pandemic, Sophia never pushed us to accept an offer.  We waited a couple of months, until Spring of 2021, and were able to sell the house off-market with a much better offer.  My mother wanted to take some time to move and sell her home. Sophia helped us purchase our first home in 2016.  We bought a brand new home from a large homebuilder and unfortunately our closing got delayed for over 2 months.  Our lease was up and we were expecting a baby so it was a stressful time for us.  Sophia was able to negotiate with the builder to pay for a furnished apartment for us until our home was ready.  When we made the move to a new place, Sophia helped to get our house ready to sell.  She worked with vendors and implemented a strategy to meet our goals.
